A single cell TCR-RNAseq data set comprised of CD4+CD8+ and CD4+ thymocytes and CD25+ Treg progenitors (TRP), Foxp3lo TRP, de novo developing Tregs and recirculating mature Tregs. Overall design: Pooled thymocytes from 8 female mice (7-12 weeks of age) TCliB+ x TCRa+/- x Foxp3-GFP mice were sorted into 6 populations (CD4+CD8+, CD4+, CD25+ TRP, Foxp3lo TRP, CD73- Treg and CD73+ Treg), each labelled with a specific hashtag. All cells were sorted based on expression of TCR Va2 on the cell surface to reduce TCR diversity.
