This set of genetic, environmental and dendrochronological data is associated with the study entitled "Genetics, tree-rings and the environment: complex eco-evolutionary interactions but limited genetic effects at rear edge". Set of genetic and climatic variables (Gene_x_Environment.csv), monthly climatic data per site (Sites_monthly_ClimateData.csv), TRIres (TRIres.csv) and TRIstd (TRIstd.csv) computed variables are deposited in comma separated CSV files.
