OmicsSIMLA simulation benchmark datasets for MultiDMPcaller

This dataset contains the OmicsSIMLA-based simulated human CpG WGBS-like benchmark datasets used in the MultiDMPcaller study. The package includes 12 simulated benchmark datasets covering four effect-size settings, theta = 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, and 0.8, and three replicate designs, 2x2, 3x3, and 4x4. Each dataset contains simulated control and case methylation count tables, cleaned ground-truth DMP files, testable-site whitelist files, metadata, and checksum files. These datasets are computationally simulated benchmark datasets and therefore do not contain instrument-generated FASTQ/BAM raw sequencing files.
