Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. lini is the most harmful pathogen of flax (Linum usitatissimum L.). We used the combination of Oxford Nanopore and Illumina platforms to obtain the first high-quality genome assembly of the highly pathogenic strain of F. oxysporum f. sp. lini. The obtained genome expands studies on F. oxysporum and the plant-pathogen interaction in flax.
