Translational application of pharmacogenomics for refractory lung cancer

Patient-derived cells (PDC) recapitulate the characteristics of lung cancer and its therapeutic response. We collected cancer cells of patients to receive various chemotherapy and performed integrative analysis for pharmachogenomics. To identify the genomics characteristics, RNA-Seq and target-seq dataset was collected from lung cancer PDC of refractory patients. Drug response screening was performed from matched samples, and susceptibilities according to gene expression and variants were tested.
