Gene transcription analysis of nitrogen sufficient and deficient Bermuda grass cultivars

Six Bermuda grass cultivars were grown in soil under greenhouse conditions and treated with either sufficient nitrogen or low nitrogen fertilizer stress. Plants were propagated using tillers and six weeks after trans-planting, shoot and root samples were taken and used for RNA exaction and RNAseq analysis for gene expression comparisons. For teach cultivar, three biological replicates (three plants) were used in the experiment.
