Central America non-alcoholic beverages import value 2012-2021

Between January and September of each year from 2012 to 2021 there has been a steady growth in the value of imports of non-alcoholic beverages in Central America. Between 2012 and 2014 the value of imports remained around the 200 million U.S. dollars mark, experiencing an incremental growth each year. From 2015 onwards, the region imported more than 300 million U.S. dollars in non-alcoholic beverages annually, with some growth fluctuations like in 2020 presumably due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2021, imports reached 400 million U.S. dollars, with Guatemala being the largest buyer in the Central American market.
