Machine-readable catalog of control-plane openness grades for 13 commercial quantum computing vendors across superconducting, trapped-ion, neutral-atom, and photonic modalities. Each vendor is graded on six axes: (1) SDK pulse-level access, (2) calibration data publication, (3) control electronics interface, (4) queue model, (5) reproducibility guarantees, and (6) SDK license. The CSV includes source URLs and accessed-on dates per cell. Data cutoff: May 1, 2026, with two cells corrected June 9, 2026 following a blinded re-grading pass (Google Quantum AI calibration: partial to limited; ORCA Computing queue: partial to "see notes"); the corrections are dated in the per-vendor notes. Version 2 adds the full audit trail in the accompanying zip: per-vendor source notes with verbatim quotes (catalog_notes/), the blinded re-grading protocol and its results (regrade/: masked evidence pack, re-grade output, the catalog frozen as tested, and the comparison script with outputs), and the reproduction-access demonstration probes (demo/). The README describes every file. Companion to "Measuring Control-Plane Openness in Near-Term Quantum Computing: A Rubric, Its Validation, and an Application to Thirteen Vendor Stacks" (an earlier version appears as arXiv:2605.15233). The catalog is a living dataset; per-cell corrections and extensions are encouraged.
