资源简介:
The dataset comprises primary research data collected from a quasi-experimental study investigating the efficacy of sacroiliac joint (SIJ) mobilization on pain, function, and disability in patients with lumbar prolapse intervertebral disc (PIVD). Pain was measured using the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS), functional status was assessed using the Back Pain Functional Scale (BPFS), and disability was evaluated using the Oswestry Disability Index (ODI). The dataset includes demographic variables such as age, gender, height, weight, and body mass index (BMI), along with pre-intervention and post-intervention scores for VAS, BPFS, and ODI. The dependent variables in the study were pain, function, and disability, while the independent variables included sacroiliac joint mobilization and core strengthening exercises. This dataset facilitates the analysis of pre–post changes to determine the effectiveness of the intervention protocol in improving clinical outcomes among individuals with lumbar PIVD.
