iNKT cells show significant lineage diversity among mouse strains, which correlate with the SLAMF6 expression on immature thymocytes. We used ATAC-seq to analyze the genetical locus that affects Slamf6 gene expression. Overall design: DP thymocytes from B6, BALB/c and F2 mice were sorted and subjected to ATAC-seq.
