Total RNA from eggs, bacteriomes, or whole body exclude bacteriomes of larvae, pupae or adluts of saw-toothed grain beetle Oryzaephilus surinamensis. The goal of this project is to obtain the genes related to development of bacteriomes of insects including saw-toothed grain beetle Oryzaephilus surinamensis for understanding the evolutional origin of symbiotic organ bacteriomes.
