The integrated single cell RNAseq analysis of bone marrow cells produced by mouse-mouse intraspecies blastocyst complementation and mouse-rat interspecies blastocyst complementation

We report the application of single cell RNAseq analysis of bone marrow cells from mouse-mouse intraspecies blastocyst complementation and mouse-rat interspecies blastocyst complementation. Overall design: Both interspecies and intraspecies samples were prepared from P10 mouse or rat. The Bone marrow cells were collected from tibia and femur of P10 interspecies or intraspecies and were dissociated into single cell suspension. The GFP+ Lineage- (561317, BD) cells were purified by flow cytometry to prepare single cell RNA 3' v3 library for sequencing with 10X Genomics platform. All *P5 samples were prepared from P5 mouse or rat. The Bone marrow cells were collected from tibia and femur of P5. The cells were purified by flow cytometry to prepare single cell RNA 3' v3 library for sequencing with 10X Genomics platform.
