Bioreactor food waste conversion to carboxylic acids Raw sequence reads

Raw sequencing reads for 16S amplicon sequencing, metagenomics, and metatranscriptomics obtained from multiple samples collected at different time points form a chain elongating bioreactor. Bioreactor was fed with food waste. Major fermentation end products included acetate, butyrate, hexanoate and octanoate. The bioreactor had a solids retention time of 6 days and the temperature was controlled at 35 deg C. The pH was controlled at 5.5.
