Data and plot scripts underlying "Condensation and prescaling in spatial Polyakov loop correlations far from equilibrium"

The data files and jupyter notebook provided in the attachment have been used to generate figures 2-8 of Spitz, Boguslavski, Preis: "Condensation and prescaling in spatial Polyakov loop correlations far from equilibrium", arXiv:2411.05582. To regenerate the figures, the Polyakov loop correlation function data in the zip-folders must be extracted into corresponding subfolders SU2_Data, SU2_Data_Single_Run, SU3_Data, SU3_Data_Single_Run stored in some folder. Within the latter root folder, the jupyter notebook must lay. The notebook is then self-contained and can be executed step by step in order to generate the figures of the paper from the provided data. The format of the provided data can be read off from the plotting scripts contained in the notebook.
