To investigate the dynamic chromatin accessibility during cell cycle, we performed ATAC-seq both in interphase and mitosis in A549 and HeLaS3 cells. We compared ATAC signals around TSS regions of cheRNAs and their target genes with background controls, and found these cheRNAs were associated with open chromatin state and active transcription.
