资源简介:
The main folder contains four subfolders, and two text files: “GWB parameters”, which summarizes all the parameters in the Geochemist’s Workbench (GWB) React module that have been changed from their default value (for the purpose of reproducing our data). The second file “vincent_jan19_A-phiPoly” contains the thermodynamic data used for modelling at low temperatures. This file is only compatible with the latest version of GWB (version 15).
Each of the model folders (Model 1, Model 2, and Model 3) contains three subfolders. Each of these subfolders contain the output graphs obtained from Geochemist’s Workbench at each temperature step, along with the associated data text files. The first of these folders is Minerals vs Water Activity. It contains graphs of the precipitating minerals (mol) on the y-axis versus water activity on the x-axis. The second folder is Species Concentration vs Water Activity. This folder contains graphs of species (mmol/kg) on the y-axis versus water activity on the x-axis. The last of these three folders is Water Mass vs Water Activity. It contains graphs of water activity on the y-axis versus mass of water (g) on the x-axis. In addition to these three subfolders, each model folder contains a text file “Mineral Water Activity MX” (MX being the model number) with the water activity of at each precipitating mineral at each temperature. There is also an Excel file “Minerals Temp vs Water Activity M1” that contains tables and graphs of temperature vs water activity for each precipitant.
The last folder named “Figures” contains two additional Excel files used to construct the figures presented in the paper. One is called “Multibrine 2021 All Minerals on One Graph”, and contains a combined graph, for each model, of temperature vs water activity for all precipitants (Figure 1 in the paper). The other Excel file is called “Lowest Water Activity vs Temp”, and contains tables and a graph comparing the lowest recorded water activity value at each temperature with Phoenix Lander data (Figure 2 of the paper).
