Rat Osteoarthritis Synovial Fluid Microbiota Pre- and Post-PRP Intervention

This dataset contains microbial community data derived from the synovial fluid of rat models with induced osteoarthritis. It characterizes the microbiota profiles before and after an intervention with Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP). The data is intended for research on the potential role of gut-joint axis microbiota in OA and the modulatory effects of PRP treatment.
