This study investigates the bacterial community composition in honey and mead samples collected from different geographical locations i.e. India and Denmark. Using 16S rRNA amplicon sequencing, we analyze bacterial diversity and community composition in these naturally fermented and raw honey samples. The findings provide insights into the influence of geography and fermentation on bacterial communities, contributing to a better understanding of the bacterial community in honey and mead samples.
