资源简介:
This study aims to compare bacterial diversity between seleniferous and non-seleniferous soil samples to ascertain whether identical bacterial populations are present in both types of soil. The findings highlight the necessity of employing multiple biodiversity metrics to fully evaluate the impact of selenium on soil microbiomes. Notably, the consistent predominance of Proteobacteria across all samples demonstrates its adaptability to diverse environmental conditions.Future research should explore the functional roles of specific taxa identified in selenium-enriched samples and examine their implications for plant-microbe interactions and overall soil health. This investigation provides a comprehensive understanding of the microbial diversity present in soils with and without selenium. Additionally, bacterial-assisted phytoremediation has garnered attention due to its cost-effective and environmentally sustainable attributes
