We perform E9.5 PGC RNA-seq for indentify the germ cell marker genes and imprinting genes expression. Two biological repetitions of E9.5 PGC by RNA-seq to indentify the germ cell marker genes and imprinting genes expression (compared with published E12.5 PGC and Inner cell mass RNA-seq data).
本研究针对胚胎发育第9.5天的原始生殖细胞(Primordial Germ Cell, PGC)开展RNA测序(RNA-sequencing, RNA-seq),以鉴定生殖细胞标记基因与印记基因的表达情况。实验设置两组E9.5期PGC的生物学重复样本进行RNA-seq,用于上述基因的表达鉴定,并与已发表的E12.5期PGC及内细胞团(Inner Cell Mass)的RNA-seq数据开展对比分析。
