Deep-Sea Mining System based on the Flexible Riser and Research on the Dynamic Response of Vertical Pipeline under System Linkage Operation

The composition of the deep-sea mining system based on flexible riser and its subsystems are presented. The strength and hydrodynamic response of the vertical flexible riser in deep-sea mining system under the combined operation of surface and seabed are studied by numerical simulation.(1) The overall system scheme of the deep-sea mining system based on flexible riser is proposed;(2) The composition of the deep-sea mining system based on flexible riser and the operation characteristics and modes of the subsystems are comprehensively proposed;(3) The strength and hydrodynamic response analysis model of the vertical flexible riser of deep-sea mining system is established. The numerical simulation and analysis of the strength and hydrodynamic response of the vertical flexible riser is realized under the condition of system linkage operation.(4) The spatial morphology of the vertical flexible riser and the stress change law at the key position during system working are obtained;(5) The influence of ocean current direction on displacement and equivalent stress of vertical flexible riser is analyzed. The influence law of ocean current direction on hydrodynamic response of vertical flexible riser is obtained.

本文介绍了基于柔性立管(flexible riser)的深海采矿系统及其各子系统的组成,并针对该深海采矿系统中垂直柔性立管在水面与海底联合作业工况下的强度及水动力响应开展数值模拟研究,具体如下:(1) 提出了基于柔性立管的深海采矿系统总体方案;(2) 系统阐明了基于柔性立管的深海采矿系统组成,以及各子系统的作业特性与作业模式;(3) 建立了深海采矿系统垂直柔性立管的强度与水动力响应分析模型,实现了系统联动作业工况下垂直柔性立管强度及水动力响应的数值模拟与分析;(4) 获取了系统作业过程中垂直柔性立管的空间形态及关键位置的应力变化规律;(5) 分析了海流方向对垂直柔性立管位移与等效应力的影响,明确了海流方向对垂直柔性立管水动力响应的影响规律。
