This dataset is applicable to peach tree fruit quantity prediction. Its input parameters include tree age (in years), tree height (in meters), crown width (in meters), and fertilization frequency, with the output being the number of fruits. This model addresses the problem of modeling the relationship between peach tree fruit quantity and the overall condition of peach trees. The number of peach fruits is not only an assessment indicator for agricultural production, but also an important metric reflecting regional agricultural production and agricultural economic conditions. It is directly correlated with farmers' incomes and food production capacity, exerting significant impacts on rural economic development, improvements in people's living standards, and national agricultural security. Therefore, predicting fruit quantity is not only a pursuit of individual farmers' interests, but also a reflection of national and societal attention to the development of agricultural production. Data of peach trees were collected through surveys, and traditional algorithms and multiple linear regression were employed to predict peach tree fruit quantity. This model adopts the four aforementioned input variables: tree age (in years), tree height (in meters), crown width (in meters), and fertilization frequency. The multiple linear regression algorithm analyzes the linear correlation between these input variables and the number of peach fruits to determine the coefficient value of each input variable. The model computes and generates the final prediction result of peach tree fruit quantity based on the input data. Through this process, the model comprehensively integrates multiple input variables to achieve accurate prediction of peach tree fruit quantity.
