Legal persons authorised to carry out judicial expertise

The list of legal persons for conducting judicial expertise is a unique electronic list of legal persons authorised to conduct judicial expertise in certain areas of expertise for the entire Republic of Croatia. Legal basis for the management of the dataset: Courts Act (NN Nos 28/13, 33/15, 82/15 and 67/18). By-law: Ordinance on permanent court experts (NN Nos 38/14, 123/15, 29/16 and 61/19).
