To investigate the interaction between aging and microglial circadian rhythmicity, we examined mice deficient in the core clock transcription factor, BMAL1, in microglia. Comparison of gene expression profiles in WT and mutant mice, at two ages in a 2x2 full factorial design.
为探究衰老与小胶质细胞(microglia)昼夜节律之间的相互作用,我们对小胶质细胞核心时钟转录因子BMAL1缺陷的小鼠开展了研究。本研究采用2×2全因子实验设计,设置两个年龄组别,对野生型(wild type, WT)与突变型小鼠的基因表达谱进行了对比分析。
