Profiling expression of long non coding RNAs in rice germinated seeds. Oryza sativa

To systematically analyze lncRNAs (long non coding RNAs) in rice germinated seeds, the cold tolerant Japonica rice cultivar Francs was used, 15 rRNA-free libraries whith three replicatates from dry seeds (designated as 0h), first germinating stage seeds under normal temperature and low temperature (designated as NT-1 and LT-1), second germinating stage seeds under normal temperature and low temperature (designated as NT-2 and LT-2) were constructed and sequenced on a Illumina NovaSeq 6000 platform. Through strand-specific paired-end sequencing, 269.65Gb clean data were obtained, with an average of 16.09 Gb per sample. After identification, 6,258 putative lncRNAs were obtained.
