Data for the standard curve and determination of serum cytokines from BALB/c mice infected with Nocardia brasiliensis strain ATCC 700358 HUJEG-1. complete blood was extracted from cardiac puncture at the end of the experiment, serum was obtained and cytokines were measured using the BD™ Cytometric Bead Array (CBA) Mouse Inflammation Kit, acquired in an LSRFortessa cytometer, and analyzed in the CBA Analysis Software.
