The first volume (4/8365) contains minutes of meetings of the Board of Examiners of the Solicitors Admission Board from 20 April 1953 to 25 November 1957. In 1957 this Board was abolished and the Joint Examinations Board was established (Rules of 12 March 1957). The first meeting of the Joint Examinations Board was held on 4 November 1957.
