We performed total transcriptome analysis by RNA-seq to find novel long non-coding RNAs which are differentiatlly expressed in myogenesis or osteogenesis. Overall design: Total RNA extracted from C2C12 myoblasts, 3-days differentiated myotubes, and 3-days trans-differentiated osteoblasts using BMP2 was used for transcriptome analysis.
