In 2024, companies active in the hosted/cloud services and real estate industries were the organizations that expected the most cybersecurity cutbacks worldwide the following year, as highlighted by 43 percent of respondents. Additionally, nearly 40 percent of companies in the security software/ hardware development sector expected cybersecurity cutbacks in the next 12 months.
