The Effects of Acid Deposition on the Invasion of Ecosystems by Non-Native Species: A Systematic Review

The effects of acid deposition on invasive species was analyzed using 25 peer-reviewed journal articles.The purpose was to determine whether acid deposition aids in or inhibits the invasion of ecosystems, and to identify gaps in this body of research. Searches were conducted using Web of Science and Google Scholar in November 2014. Results were filtered based of relevance to the topic, and non-relevant articles were excluded from the review.
