1Total index score ranged from 0 to 6 points based on adherence to six dietary components. Low score was defined as 0–1, medium score as 2–3 and high score as 4–6 points.*ANOVA was used to calculate P values across categories of score for continuous variables and χ2-test to calculate P values for distribution of categorical variables across categories of score.
