Mnemiopsis leidyi chromosome-level genome annotation

This dataset contains the annotation information for the chromosome-level assembly of the genome of Mnemiopsis leidyi. The annoation was produced using the genome annotator pipline. For further details on the methods used please see the corresponding publication in GBE (doi:10.1093/gbe/evaf006).

The following files are availalable:

mnemiopsis.genome.v3.genome.fasta

The genome scaffolds in fasta format. Note the naming of scaffolds is different from the version deposited at ENA due to the addition of ENA specific IDs. Below files reference the short scaffold names as used in this file.

Predicted transcribed regions in fasta format.

Preditcted coding sequences in fasta format.
