Transcriptome sequencing of 12 eelgrass (Zostera marina L.) tissues

Eelgrass (Zostera marina L.) is a typical species of marine angiosperms with a crucial role in the marine ecosystems. This study aims to identify candidate genes associated with the growth and development of eelgrass by conducting transcriptome sequencing and subsequent analysis across different tissues, thereby laying a foundation for uncovering the molecular regulatory mechanisms underlying its developmental processes.
