In this study, to obtain a better understanding of Imdacloprid Resistant T. chilonis, the transcriptome of a susceptible strain of T. chilonis was sequenced using a high-throughput sequencing platform (Illumina HiSeq 2500). The obtained transcriptome information provides large gene resources available for further studying the resistance development of T. Chilonis to pesticides. The DGE data provide comprehensive insights into the gene expression profiles of the different Imdacloprid- resistant strains. These genes are specifically related to insecticide resistance, with different expression profiles facilitating the study of the role of each gene in Imdacloprid resistance development.
