A Microbial community in Mushroom Spring, Yellowstone national park was studied. Samples were taken from same site at four different timepoints in one day representing light/dark, dark/light transition periods. cDNAs were made from total RNAs of the samples and sequenced by two technologies, 454 and SOLiD.
