Dataset for: A novel framework integrating clustering and tractable robust optimization for facility location planning under uncertainty

This dataset contains the input parameters and solution outputs used in the manuscript “A novel framework integrating clustering and tractable robust optimization for facility location planning under uncertainty”. The data are provided as an Excel (.xlsx) file. Each sheet is named according to its content and includes travel-time parameters, uncertainty set parameters used in the robust optimization model, risk weights, adjacency parameter values between geographic units (districts), and model outputs under different scenarios/settings. Definitions of all variables and parameters are provided in the manuscript. There are no missing values in any sheet.
