We compiled 16,372 records of Poaceae pollen abundance from global surface-soil pollen databases/collections and numerous published sources. In this newly established dataset, we provided the geographic coordinates of each sampling location, the corresponding Poaceae pollen abundance, and the relevant literature sources.
