M1等级大砝码标准装置由四组砝码、天平、检衡车、钢直尺组成，是衡器检定装置的主要组成部分。采用直接加载砝码（载荷）的方法，对各种衡器进行检定。衡器检定装置可溯源至1kg国家质量基准，可进行校准的项目有数字（模拟）指示秤、定量自动衡器、数字指示轨道衡、电子皮带秤、动态汽车衡等。本装置依据JJG1036-2008《电子天平》、JJG539-1997《数字指示秤》、JJG14-1997《非自行指示秤》、JJG13-1997《模拟指示秤》、JJG17-2002《杆秤》对 级、 级、 级非自动秤开展检定；JJG564-2002《重力式自动装料衡器》()对X(0.1)级、X(0.2)级、X(0.5)级、X(1)级、X(2)级定量自动衡器开展检定；依据JJG648-1996《非连续累计自动衡器》对0.2级、0.5级、1.0级、2.0级累计料斗秤开展检定；依据JJG907-2006《动态公路车辆自动衡器》对0.2级、0.5级、1级、2级、5级、10级动态电子汽车衡开展检定。
The M1-class large weight standard facility is composed of four sets of weights, a precision balance, a weighing verification vehicle, and a steel straightedge, and serves as a core component of weighing instrument verification devices. It adopts the method of directly applying weights (loads) to verify various types of weighing instruments. This facility is traceable to the 1 kg national mass standard, and is capable of calibrating instruments including digital (analog) indicating scales, automatic quantitative weighing instruments, digital indicating railway track scales, electronic belt scales, dynamic truck scales, and other similar devices. This setup conducts verification for non-automatic scales of [unspecified] class, [unspecified] class, [unspecified] class in accordance with JJG 1036-2008 *Electronic Balances*, JJG 539-1997 *Digital Indicating Scales*, JJG 14-1997 *Non-self-indicating Scales*, JJG 13-1997 *Analog Indicating Scales*, and JJG 17-2002 *Steelyard*; it carries out verification for X(0.1) class, X(0.2) class, X(0.5) class, X(1) class, X(2) class automatic quantitative weighing instruments in accordance with JJG 564-2002 *Gravity-type Automatic Loading Weighing Instruments*; it verifies 0.2 class, 0.5 class, 1.0 class, 2.0 class cumulative hopper scales in line with JJG 648-1996 *Non-continuous Cumulative Automatic Weighing Instruments*; and it conducts verification for 0.2 class, 0.5 class, 1 class, 2 class, 5 class, 10 class dynamic electronic truck scales according to JJG 907-2006 *Dynamic Highway Vehicle Automatic Weighing Instruments*.
