The dataset consists of 47,832 app store reviews (Apple App Store and Google Play), 23,451 Twitter/X posts mentioning Amazon Prime Video ads, and 8 months of Google Trends data on Prime Video cancellation and ad-free options (Dec 2023 – Aug 2024). The data, primarily in English and collected from global users (with majority from the US), captures user responses before, during, and after the platform’s transition from ad-free to ad-supported service.
