本数据集为2004-2010年期间,在上海崇明东滩湿地采集的生态系统CO2通量数据。数据通过基于涡度协方差技术的通量塔(31°31'0.0"N、121°57'38.6"E)获取,时间分辨率为30分钟。通量塔高度为5m,通量观测设施安装在4.8m,气象观测设施(如气温&相对湿度,总辐射,光合有效辐射,降雨等)分别安装在不同高度。通量塔所在的区域为典型的河口/滨海湿地,受非正规半日潮影响,植物组成较为单一,主要是互花米草和芦苇,植物高度在2m左右。通量塔所获取的数据不能直接用于后续计算,需经过一系列处理,主要处理流程包括:去除异常值,风坐标轴旋转(二次坐标轴),最大协方差校正,频率校正,水汽密度基校正(WPL-Burba校正),稳定性检验,ITC检验,数据质量标签筛选等,因此数据存在一些空缺。本数据集的观测系统架设、设备维护和数据质量控制及处理等均按照FLUXNET规范,数据可靠性高,可为中国滨海盐沼的碳收支、蓝碳估算及生物入侵影响评估等相关研究提供扎实的数据支持。

This dataset contains ecosystem CO₂ flux data collected at the Chongming Dongtan Wetland in Shanghai during the period from 2004 to 2010. The data were acquired using a flux tower (31°31'0.0"N, 121°57'38.6"E) based on the eddy covariance technique, with a temporal resolution of 30 minutes. The flux tower stands at a height of 5 m, with flux observation instruments installed at 4.8 m. Meteorological monitoring instruments (e.g., air temperature and relative humidity, global radiation, photosynthetically active radiation (PAR), precipitation, etc.) were mounted at various heights. The area where the flux tower is located is a typical estuarine/coastal wetland, affected by irregular semi-diurnal tides. The plant community is relatively simple, dominated by *Spartina alterniflora* and *Phragmites australis*, with plant heights of approximately 2 m. The raw data obtained by the flux tower cannot be directly used for subsequent calculations and require a series of processing steps. The main processing workflow includes: outlier removal, wind coordinate rotation (double coordinate rotation), maximum covariance correction, frequency correction, water vapor density correction (WPL-Burba correction), stability test, ITC test, and data quality flag filtering, etc., thus resulting in some data gaps. The setup of the observation system, equipment maintenance, data quality control and processing of this dataset all follow the FLUXNET standards, ensuring high data reliability. This dataset can provide solid data support for relevant studies such as carbon budget of China's coastal salt marshes, blue carbon estimation, and biological invasion impact assessment.
