Leukocyte kinetics and bacterial clearance during S. pneumoniae pneumonia and contributions of ICAM-1

The purpose of this file is to provide supplemental data for our manuscript titled, “Leukocyte kinetics and bacterial clearance during S. pneumoniae pneumonia and contributions of ICAM-1”. The nature of the data are an analysis of RNA sequencing. To describe the scope, C57BL/6J wild type and Icam1-/- mice received pHrodo S. aureus bioparticles via oropharyngeal aspiration for one hour. Controls were alveolar macrophages from naïve mice. Alveolar macrophages were removed using bronchoalveolar lavage, and isolated RNA was sequenced. The RNA sequencing data were deposited into the Gene Expression Omnibus (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo/), series accession number GSE270761. This dataset contains our analysis of differentially expressed genes and enriched gene sets and pathways. It offers supplemental data (two files) for our manuscript titled, “Leukocyte kinetics and bacterial clearance during S. pneumoniae pneumonia and contributions of ICAM-1”. The two files are a Word file of the legends for each tab and an Excel file containing multiple tabs.
