Additional file 2: of Delineation of the population genetic structure of Culicoides imicola in East and South Africa

A table of estimates of genetic diversity of the microsatellite markers per population. The table describes the genetic diversity of the markers. Significant Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium (P < 0.05) tests are in BOLD. The expected gene diversity (He) varied from (0.2–0.94) while the observed heterozygosity (Ho) ranged from (0.125–1.0). Putative null alleles were identified at some loci in some populations using Microchecker. The null alleles were not locus specific.
