Volume 3/1956, arranged by a consecutive numbering system, gives the following details regarding initial advance approvals: name of person and his property; type of lease; location of property; date approval was given; purposes for which the property is used. The result of the application for an initial advance is usually given. Running totals of the advances are also given.
