BIONANO-MSCA4U. Biological effects of AgNPs from Pseudomonas N5.12 on plants and soil microbial communities

These data correspond to characterization of the effects of silver nanoparticles coated with metabolites from the beneficial bacterium Pseudomonas N5.12 on plants and soil microbial communities. All data were obtained within the MSCA4Ukraine project (ID:101101923), funded by the European Union. The majority of the data are in comma-separated values (.csv) format and plain excel (.xls) and portable document format (.pdf). Abbreviation of sample names: NP-roots – tomato seedlings inoculated via soil drench; NP-leaves – tomato seedlings sprayed on the leaves; silver – seedlings treated with 1 mM AgNO₃; control – without treatments.
