MORPHOLOGICAL AND IMMUNOHISTOCHEMICAL FEATURES OF CHRONIC INFLAMMATORY PROCESSES IN INTERNAL ORGANS AND THEIR DIAGNOSTIC SIGNIFICANCE

Chronic inflammatory processes remain one of the leading causes of structural and functional disorders in internal organs. Persistent inflammation leads to progressive tissue damage, fibrosis, cellular atypia, and organ dysfunction. Modern pathological anatomy increasingly relies on morphological and immunohistochemical methods to identify the mechanisms of chronic inflammation and improve diagnostic accuracy. The aim of this study was to analyze morphological and immunohistochemical features of chronic inflammatory processes in internal organs and evaluate their diagnostic significance. The findings demonstrate that chronic inflammation is characterized by cellular infiltration, fibrosis, vascular alterations, tissue remodeling, and changes in expression of immunohistochemical markers. Immunohistochemical analysis significantly improves differential diagnosis, assessment of inflammatory activity, and prediction of disease progression.
