Genome annotation dataset of the synthetic hexaploid wheat Triticum kiharae (Syn-AtGD-4)

This dataset provides the genome annotation files for the synthetic hexaploid wheat Triticum kiharae (Syn-AtGD-4), an amphidiploid species integrating the G, At, and D subgenomes. The reference annotation was generated from a chromosome-scale genome assembly constructed using PacBio HiFi long reads and Hi-C scaffolding.
