We report polarised Raman spectroscopy properties of the well know liquid crystals, 5CB and E63 in order to investigate the different order parameters values obtained from different Raman active vibrational modes. These data files include the relevant depolarization ratio data for 5CB and E63 separately and for each liquid crystal, we've also included data for two vibrational modes, which are cyano and phenyl stretching modes.
