资源简介:
This project aims to evaluate whether indigenous Plasmodium falciparum isolates from the Chittagong Hill Tracts (CHTs), a region in southeastern Bangladesh bordering Myanmar and India, have the potential to maintain high-level partial resistance to artemisinin (ArtR) and exhibit fitness advantages if K13 mutations arise. The findings will have critical implications for containment efforts and surveillance strategies during Bangladesh's malaria elimination phase.
