Data for "Non-Parametric Analysis of Inter-Individual Relations Using an Attention-Based Neural Network"

Data used in our manuscript to appear in Methods in Ecology and Evolution, entitled "Non-Parametric Analysis of Inter-Individual Relations Using an Attention-Based Neural Network". A preprint is available in bioRxiv DOI:10.1101/2020.03.25.994764.

The data consists of three-dimensional location of five Japanese macaques in captivity at the Primate Research Institute of Kyoto University. The raw data were collected via two Bluetooth® Low Energy beacons attached to a collar on each individual. The published data were aligned across individual by taking the axis-wise median over every 3 sec.
