SpinachBase is an interactive online database which is publicly available. the database is designed to allow users to easily retrieve and visualize the spinach transcriptome sequence and expression profile data through a set of query interfaces and analysis tools. Our transcriptome data provide a valuable resource for future functional studies and marker assisted breeding in spinach.
